Three jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE -- Three individuals were incarcerated on felony charges at Western Regional Jail between midnight and 7 p.m. Saturday.

Joshua Naaman Ball, 29, was incarcerated at 5:15 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a home confinement violation. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Timothy E. Diviak, 37, was incarcerated at 4:45 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony fleeing while DUI, second-offense DUI and obstructing. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Jacqueline Lee Wininger, 30, was incarcerated at 4:50 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with possession with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
