Cloudy and cold in the Tri-State Sunday
HUNTINGTON -- Look for mostly cloudy skies and a high near 32 for Sunday in the Tri-State, according to the National Weather Service.
The overnight low is expected to drop to about 21 degrees.
Here's a look at the forecast for the week ahead:
Monday: A chance of rain, mainly after 3pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 41. Southwest wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Monday Night: Rain and snow likely, becoming all snow after 4am. Cloudy, with a low around 32. Light and variable wind. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
New Year's Day: A chance of snow showers before 10am, then a chance of rain and snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 36. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Tuesday: Night Mostly cloudy, with a low around 20.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 35.
Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 20.
Thursday: Partly sunny, with a high near 37.
