Three jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were jailed on felony charges since Tuesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Ricky Arron Thomas, 21, was incarcerated at 5 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony unlawful wounding. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Jack Isaacs, 31, was incarcerated at 3:50 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, wanton endangerment and misdemeanor assault of an officer. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Antonio Davon Brown, 24, was incarcerated at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony third-offense driving on a suspended/revoked license for drunken driving. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
