Four hauled in on felony drug charges out of Wayne County

BARBOURSVILLE — There were 82 people arrested and booked overnight in West Virginia’s Regional Jail system.

  Sixteen people were booked into the North Central Jail while 14 people were booked into the South Central Jail.

  Locally, in Barboursville at the Western Regional Jail, there were 10 people booked overnight. Several were booked on felony charges.

At 8 a.m. Sunday, three people were brought in fromWayne County and all booked on felony drug charges.

Arrested were: Charity Micelle Hartman, 33,  Amanda Carol Ross, 25 and Daniel Lee Maxwell, 31.

All three were arrested and brought to the  Regional Jail by an officer with the Wayne County Sheriff department.

All there were charged with the felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver times seven as well as conspiracy.
 In Cabell County, two people were arrested for operating a meth lab.
Juan Carlos Chavez, 26, was brought in at 1:15 a.m. Sunday by an officer with Cabell County Sheriff’s Department.

Rachel Jeanette Daiiley, 27, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. in Cabell County.   Both were arrested on the felony charge of attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab.

The last felon to be taken into the jail on Sunday was Marvin Midkiff, 30. He self reported  on a drug court violation.
