Four jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were among those jailed on felony charges since Sunday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Bashiri Deon McDaniel, 35, was incarcerated at 1 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.
Jermaine Lamont Bartley, 33, was incarcerated at 12:25 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with an unspecified felony and misdemeanor domestic battery. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Najah Inez Menapace, 35, was incarcerated Sunday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with an unspecified felony. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Michael Belter, 45, was incarcerated Sunday evening. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with felony failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was $5,000.
