RUTH E. ADKINS, 81, of Proctorville, Ohio, died Sunday in Heartland of Riverview, South Point, Ohio. Graveside service will be held at a later time. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements.

ALICE AVIS BRYANT, 91, of Pecks Mill, W.Va., wife of Sherwood Bryant, died Thursday in Logan (W.Va.) Regional Medical Center. She was a retired schoolteacher. Funeral service 2 p.m. Sunday, Honaker Funeral Home, Logan; entombment at Highland Memory Gardens, Godby, W.Va. HERBERT THOMAS CRAFT, 73, of Logan, W.Va., husband of Janet Carter Craft, died Thursday. He retired as head custodian and maintenance at the Logan County Courthouse. DWAYNE MICHAEL ELLIS, 37, of Monaville, W.Va., son of Teddy Conley of Verdunville, W.Va., and Virginia McCloud Ellis of Whitman, W.Va., died Jan. 29. He was a welder. Funeral service 6 p.m. Monday, Evans Funeral Home, Chapmanville, W.Va. Visitation one hour before service Monday at the funeral home.

RUTH S. FORTE, 82, of South Point, Ohio, widow of Jack A. Forte, died Thursday at home. There is no service nor visitation scheduled. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio, is in charge of arrangements.

BILLY MACK GOSNAY, 76, of Ona, W.Va., husband of Frances Reece Gosnay, died Friday at home. He was a retired Senior Computer Programmer for CSX Railroad. REX D. MARCUM, 51, of Wayne, W.Va., husband of Dinah Lou Brunty Marcum, died Thursday in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was owner of Marcum Material handling Company. Funeral service 11 a.m. Monday, Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne; burial at Garden of Promise Cemetery, Wayne. Visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

FRANCES MAYNARD, 81, of Dunlow, W.Va., widow of Elvin Maynard, died Thursday in St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was a retired school custodian at Dunlow Elementary. Funeral service 1 p.m. Sunday, Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne, W.Va.; burial at Robinson Cemetery. Visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

MADELEINE McNEELY, 88, of Point Pleasant, W.Va., died Friday at home. She was a schoolteacher. Graveside service 11 a.m. Tuesday, Forest Hills Cemetery. There is no visitation. Deal Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, is assisting the family.

ROBERT LEON MILLS, 64, formerly of Catlettsburg, Ky., husband of Della lee Clay Mills, died Thursday in King’s Daughters Medical Center. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday, Kilgore and Collier Funeral Home, Catlettsburg; burial at Catlettsburg Cemetery. Visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

CLIFFORD EARL SCARBERRY, 87, of Huntington, W.Va., widower of Marian M. Scarberry, died Thursday at home. He was a retired machinist and tool and die maker. Reger Funeral Home, Huntington, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.

CHAD MICHAEL SMITH, 38, of Huntington, W.Va., son of J. Roger Smith and Pamela K. Johnson Smith of Huntington, died Wednesday at the University of Michigan Medical Center, Ann Arbor. He was attending the University of Toledo Law School. Funeral service 11 a.m. Tuesday at Baptist Temple, Huntington; entombment at Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. ROBERT LEE STRANGE JR., 81, of West Columbia, W.Va., died Thursday in Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
