Five jailed on felony charges

Nine people were booked early Sunday morning at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, five of them on felony charges.

Charles Edward Bias, 52,  was arrested on charges out of Lincoln County. He was in jail Sunday morning and charged with a revoked drivers license for DUI, violating home confinement, felony destruction of property, obstructing police officer/interference and reckless driving.

Steven Michael Wolford, 22, faces a felony grand larceny charge out of Cabell County.

Crystal Dawn Hall, 34, faces charges in Cabell County of child neglect with risk of injury, a felony, and possession of a controlled substance.

Jerrick Edward McKnight, 21, was jailed on charges of first-degree arson, a felony, and fleeing on foot, based out of Cabell County.

David Allen Woodyard  III, 21, faces a felony charge of daytime burglary, based out of Cabell and Mason counties. He remained in the jail Sunday on a $75,000 bond.
