FRANCIS “JUNIOR” ELLIOTT, 82, of McDowell, Ky., died August 3. Services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 7, at the Little Rosa RBC. Visitaion will be after 5 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home on Monday and Tuesday and after 10 a.m. at the church.

FOREST LESTER FETTY, 65, of Milton, died August 2. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 6, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will be in Fetty Family Cemetery, Milton. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.

KENNETH GAYHEART, 62, of Hi Hat, Ky., husband of Gloria Gayheart, died on August 3 at his home. Services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 7, at the Little Nancy Old Regular Baptist Church, Hi Hat, Ky. Burial will be at the Rosa Tackett Family Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. on Monday, August 5 and all day Tuesday, August 6.

MIRABELLE MERCEDES (GELLNER) HANNA, 88, of Huntington, died August 4 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Memorial services will be arranged at a later date.

KRYSTLE CHERI KIMBLER, 26, of Columbus, Ohio, died July 30 at her residence. She was a waitress at Buffalo Wild Wings. Services will be held at a later date. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, at Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton.

OPAL FRANCES FINLEY KIRTLEY, 86, of Milton, widow of William Kirtley, died August 3. Services will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6 at the Wallace Funeral Home in Milton. BETTY JEAN MCKENZIE-LYNCH, 84, of Russell, Ky., wife of Ernest Leo Lynch, died August 2 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. She was a retired LPN from Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, at the Carman Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Palmer Cemetery in Flatwoods, Ky. Visitation will be from noon until the service at the funeral home.

JAMES ALLEN MCKINSTER, 63, of Louisa, Ky., died August 2 at his home. Services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, at Spencer Freewill Baptist Church. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be in the McKinster Family Cemetery, Louisa, Ky.

DORTHY MAY RIGNEY, 85, of Proctorville, Ohio, widow of Christopher Columbus Watts, died August 3 at Heartland of Riverview, South Point, Ohio. Dorothy was a former employee of Sylvania and volunteered for the W.Va. Grandparents Program. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, at the Reger Funeral Chapel. WINNIE HUGHES TRENT, 81, of Glenwood, W.Va., widow of Manuel R. Trent, died August 3 at her daughter’s home. She was retired from SS Logan’s Packing Company. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 7, at the Chapman’s Mortuary in Huntington. Burial will be at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville.
