Six jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Six people were jailed on felony charges since Sunday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Franklin Fitzgerald Elly, 21, was incarcerated at 5:47 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony conspiracy to commit a drug-related charge. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Antajuan Alfonso Flanders, 29, was incarcerated at 4:58 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony conspiracy to commit a drug-related charge. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Amy Otts, 31, was incarcerated at 4:29 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony conspiracy to commit a drug-related charge. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Michael Holmes, 24, was incarcerated at 3:39 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Charles Wellington Brundege, 48, was incarcerated at 11:45 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with felony operation of a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy, wanton endangerment, two counts of exposure of meth to a child and two unspecified felony warrants. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Rhodena Lee Moses, 46, was incarcerated at 11:45 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Mason County charged her with felony operation of a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy, another meth-related charge and three counts of  exposure of meth to a child, along with two unspecified felony warrants. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
