RAMONA A. BAKER, 90, of Lubbock, Texas, formerly of Barboursville, widow of Firman Lee Baker, died Thursday in Lubbock. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at White Chapel Mausoleum. Edwin Carlyle Berry, 89, of Huntington, W.Va., died Saturday under the care of the Hospice House of Huntington. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Beard Mortuary, Huntington. Entombment will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary. GARNET I. (SNYDER) BURDETTE, 91, of Letart, died Saturday. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Parkersburg Memorial Gardens, Parkersburg. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
JAMES DAVID CLARK JR., 46, of Huntington, father of Beverly, Gary and Jeremiah Clark, died Sunday at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne. Burial will follow at Watson Cemetery, Branchland. Visitation will be two hours prior to service at the funeral home. Brenda Gay Dailey, 56, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away Wednesday. She taught English in various Cabell County schools for 22 years. Visitation among friends and family will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 7, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, W.Va., with a memorial service to begin that evening at 8 p.m. Inurnment will be held at the convenience of her family.
RAYMOND E. “RIP” DeBORD JR., 76, of Barboursville, husband of Sheena Mayo DeBord, died Saturday at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was a retired employee of Owens-Illinois Glass Company. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Reger Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

James Benjamin "Jim" Hardesty, 82, of Athalia, Ohio, and Barboursville, W.Va., entered the Kingdom of Heaven Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. JACK NATHAN IRBY, 82, of Huntington, husband of Nona Minter Irby, died Saturday at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He retired from Owens-Illinois and was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in W.W.II. Funeral service will be 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Chapman’s Mortuary. Freddie Lee Sias Sr., 73, of Ranger, W.Va., passed away Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at his residence.
