Two jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Two people were jailed on felony charges since Tuesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Michael Ray Abshire, 33, was incarcerated at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony third-offense driving on a suspended/revoked license and misdemeanor improper registration. Bond was $10,500.

Steven Edward Priddy, 23, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony purchasing/possessing material used to make methamphetamine, along with misdemeanor improper registration, no insurance and driving on suspended/revoked license. Bond was $25,000.
