‘Ninja’ and two others booked on felony charges
A man who had been staying in a storage facility and was combative with law enforcement in Milton last week was booked early Sunday morning at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville.
Tommy Lee, 45, from Okinawa, Japan, was arrested in Huntington late Saturday night. According to the booking department at the jail, Lee — who has acquired the nickname “Ninja ” — was charged with felony destruction of property, driving on suspended and revoked license, nine counts of reckless driving and cruelty to animals. Dogs were with him in the Milton storage facility.
He was awaiting arraignment Sunday.
He was among 10 people who were booked early Sunday at the Western Regional Jail, three on felony charges.
Also arrested was Deontae Hartfield, 23, of Florida, who faces a felony possession with intent charge out of Cabell County. He was awaiting arraignment Sunday.
Noah Allen Broyles, 25, faces a felony charge out of Mason County. He was charged with operating a clandestined drug lab and also was awaiting arraignment Sunday.
