Five booked on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE -- Five people were incarcerated into the Western Regional Jail Saturday on felony charges.
Shawn Edward Shumbera, 32, was incarcerated at 2 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony threats of retaliation against a witness, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Bond was $16,000.
Randolph Lee Reed, 37, was incarcerated at 1:45 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him as a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Donald Lee McGuire, 18, was incarcerated at 2:45 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with a felony count of grand larceny of a vehicle. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Donald Frederick Thompson, 21, was incarcerated at 2:45 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with a felony count of possession of a stolen vehicle. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Christopher Michael Blair, 28, was incarcerated at 2:05 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged with four outstanding warrants, two of which are felonies. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
