Woman reports all windows broken out of vehicle
The following information was provided by reports filed with the Huntington Police Department:
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: A 24-year-old woman reported someone broke out all of the windows on her vehicle while it was parked in the 1000 block of Monroe Avenue on Tuesday afternoon. The vehicle sustained $1,000 in damage.
The woman told police she had been involved in a verbal dispute prior to the incident.
Police have a suspect.
LARCENY: A 36-year-old man, who owns a rental property in the 300 block of Davis Street, reported someone took $850 in appliances and tools from the property between Feb. 10 and Tuesday. The man said the previous tenant abruptly vacated the residence earlier this month.
Police have a suspect.
BREAKING AND ENTERING (AUTO): An 83-year-old man reported on Monday that someone gained access to his vehicle while it was parked in the 1000 block of 5th Avenue and took four guns worth a total of $3,300 on Jan. 1.
BURGLARY: A 57-year-old woman reported someone forced entry into her residence in the 1900 block of Washington Avenue and took a laptop worth $900 and $200 in jewelry.
The following information was provided by booking records at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville:
Sara Louise Woomer, 27, was incarcerated at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her as a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.
Timothy James McCormick, 42, was incarcerated at noon Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with a bail piece. Bond was denied.
Chester Leroy Brown, 28, was incarcerated at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a felony bench warrant. Bond was denied.
Jonah Andrew Brown, 24, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Mason County charged him with two counts felony wanton endangerment and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Paul Edward Walker, 37, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and no operators. Bond was $35,000.
