Seven jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Seven people were jailed on felony charges since Wednesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

William Chapman, 30, was incarcerated at 3:05 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with being a fugitive from justice, along with misdemeanor domestic battery and obstruction. Bond was denied.

Brandon Blake Spencer, 30, was incarcerated at 2:45 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony first-degree robbery. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

James Ray Howe, 39, was incarcerated at 2:30 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony wanton endangerment. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Brendon Tyre Garner, 24, was incarcerated at 1:20 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor receiving/transferring stolen property. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Richard Keith Miller, 63, was incarcerated at 12:25 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony conspiracy. Bond was $30,000.

Ronnie Gene Standridge, 30, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony grand larceny, along with misdemeanor no operators and destruction of property. He also faces misdemeanor charges of first-offense shoplifting, obstruction and possession of a controlled substance in Cabell County. Bond was $19,300.

Brandon Porter, 31, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a felony bench warrant and misdemeanor fleeing. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
