Four jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were jailed on felony charges since Wednesday, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Ladonna Marlene Adams, 22, was incarcerated at 1:45 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony prostitution, accessory before the fact, attempt to commit a felony and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Timothy Warren Tomblin, 29, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with felony failure to pay child support. Bond was $10,072.10.
Franklin Scott Eaves, 22, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with two counts of felony malicious wounding. Bond was $100,000.
Derek Randall Casteel, 23, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a felony warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
