Eight jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Eight people were jailed on felony charges since Tuesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Troy Leland Handley, 45, was incarcerated at 6:10 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with 10 counts of felony fraudulent schemes. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

William Curtis Blair, 39, was incarcerated at 4:25 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice and misdemeanor domestic battery. Bond was denied.

John Allen Bryan, 37, was incarcerated at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony nighttime burglary. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Lori Ann Stafford, 28, was incarcerated at 1 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony grand larceny and conspiracy. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Robert Anthony Johnson, 20, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.

Mark Edward Jones, 25, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony nighttime burglary. Bond was denied.

Charles David Baldridge, 36, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony grand larcney and receiving/transferring stolen property. Bond was denied.

Christopher Tyler Spurrier, 20, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony violation of home confinement. Bond was denied.
