Three jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were jailed on felony charges since Monday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Carlos Arvelle Richmond, 29, was incarcerated at 5:15 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony malicious wounding and a misdemeanor bench warrant. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Cody Allen Vickers, 20, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony daytime burglary, conspiracy and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, along with misdemeanor petit larceny. Bond was $85,000.

Stephen Mike Hopkins, 36, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with an unspecified felony. He also faces felony charges out of Kanawha County and a holding charge in federal court. Bond was denied.
