W.Va. AG to announce ethics reform proposals
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says he will recommend a package of ethics reforms to the Legislature.
Morrisey has scheduled a news conference for 2 p.m. Monday to announce his recommendations.
He says he also will announce his office’s new policies regarding self-promotional items such as advertising and trinkets.
