NANCY LEE JOHNSON FITZPATRICK, 76, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., formerly of Charleston, W.Va., wife of Keith Fitzpatrick of Huntington, W.Va., died April 21 in a Florida Hospice. She was a businesswoman. A memorial service will be held at a later time.

GRACE FRAZER, 86, of Ironton, Ohio, widow of Hubert Frazer, died April 26 at home. She was a former housekeeper for Lawrence County General Hospital.
