Apr. 10, 2014 @ 09:54 AM

HUNTINGTON —  Radio station “93.7 The Dawg,” is excited to announce this year’s music lineup for “Dawg Dazzle.”

For the first time ever, Dawg Dazzle has performances from two Nashville headliners, the Dawg’s own Julie Reeves and great local talent.  The headline acts will be Warner Brothers recording artist Frankie Ballard, featuring his No. 1 smash “Helluva Life,” and Capitol Recording artist Jon Pardi, featuring his top 10 hit “Up All Night.”

"We are a Tri-State company and we look forward, every year, to giving the Tri-State a fantastic free July 4th weekend kick-off," said Mike Kirtner, president and GM of Kindred Communications which owns The Dawg. "This year will feature the Tri-State’s biggest and most spectacular fireworks display, plus this year’s Dawg Dazzle is the biggest lineup of music, we have ever featured.”

This year marks the 11th time “93.7 The Dawg” has hosted the event, at Huntington’s Harris Riverfront Park.  The show will take place on Thursday, July 3 and will feature great music, food, fun and the Tri-State’s largest fireworks display.

“We’ve worked hard to bring our loyal listeners the best lineup yet, for Dawg Dazzle,” said Jeff “Crawdawg” Crawford, program director at  The Dawg.  “Not only do we have our own Julie Reeves on stage, performing with her band, but we have two of Nashville’s newest and fastest rising stars.”

Gates open at 5 p.m. and the music begins at 5:15 p.m.  Fireworks will start at 10 p.m. Admission is free, when you pick up a complimentary ticket at participating Tri-State businesses and ticket locations, which will be announced soon.
