Three jailed for felonies
HUNTINGTON -- At least three people were jailed on felony charges Sunday at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.
Two people in Wayne County were brought in overnight both charged with a felony of child abuse with a risk of serious injury.
Amanda Deanna Frye, 31, and Kenneth Ray Sartin, 39, were both arrested in Wayne County at 1:25 a.m. on that felony charge. Sartin's bond was set at $10,000.
Frye was also charged with a misdemeanor of domestic battery.
Leonard Joseph Quiggle, 22, was arrested in Cabell County at 4 a.m. Sunday on a felony charge of fleeing while DUI, as well as a misdemeanor charge of DUI. Quiggle's bond was set at $8,000.
