Four booked on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were jailed on felony charges since Sunday morning, according to booking records at the Western Regional Jail.
Kimper Wade Chapman, 39, was incarcerated at 4:25 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.
Anthony Woodrow Childers, 31, was incarcerated at 2:30 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with a felony warrant. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Lonnie Lee Christenson, 33, was incarcerated at 12:40 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Eugene Cameron Gillard, 28, was incarcerated at 5:55 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor driving on a suspended/revoked license and defective equipment. Bond was $14,000.
