Two jailed on felony charges at WRJ
BARBOURSVILLE — The following individuals were incarcerated on felony charges at Western Regional Jail since Friday evening:
Alice Faye Stephenson, 41, was incarcerated at 12:15 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with felony first-degree arson and second-degree arson, obstructing, battery on an officer and felony willful arson. Charges from Mingo County included two counts of willful arson. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Henry Lee Clay, 66, was incarcerated at 1:20 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with four counts of felony wanton endangerment. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
