DOLORES MIDKIFF ADKINS, 91, of Huntington, widow of Donald Clark Adkins, died March 4 in Seffner, Fla. She retired from C&O Railroad. A service was held in Seffner with burial in Woodmere Cemetery, Huntington.
CLIFFORD BOYD, 89, of Paintsville, Ky., widower of Winnie Staton Boyd, died March 29 at Mt. Manor. He was an area supervisor for AEP and served in the Army Air Corp. Funeral service 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church. Burial at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Ky. Visitation from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the church. WINNIE CAROL BRADLEY, 69, of Prestonsburg, Ky., wife of Charles Bradley, died March 30 at Riverview Health Care Center. She was a former residential community manager in Madison, Ala. DR. ALVIS BROWN, 81, of Bronston, Ky., husband of Leona Cox Brown, died March 27 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. He was a retired educator at the high school and college level. DAVID F. BURKE, 95, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., widower of Juanita Burke, died March 22. He retired from International Business Machines as an Executive Sales Director in New York. The family will hold a private memorial service later this Spring, and ask that charitable contributions be made to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Research in lieu of flowers.

Lester Franklin "Radio" Conner, 86, of Culloden, W.Va., passed away March 28, 2013, at Hospice in Huntington, W.Va.
