CHARLES TYLER “CHARLIE” ADDIS, 18, of Crown City, Ohio, son of Tammy Addis and Mark Addis, died April 4. He was a senior at South Gallia High School and Buckeye Hills Career Center. BOBBY GUS ANDERS, 75, of Huntington, husband of Gloria Plumley Anders, died April 6 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was a meat cutter for the former B&B Market. Arrangements are incomplete at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington.

RUTH BARTRAM, 82, of Ironton, died April 5 at Community Hospice, Ashland. Arrangements are incomplete at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home.

DARLENE BRUMFIELD BIAS, 73, of Kenova, wife of Don W. Bias, died April 6 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. She retired from the Wayne County School System. Funeral service 1 p.m. Tuesday at Kenova Church of God. Burial at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the church. David Mitchell Brewer of Huntington, husband of Michelle Brewer, died April 4. David's wishes to be cremated will be carried out by Hall Funeral Home. A memorial service will be at the Huntington City Mission Chapel on Saturday, April 13, 2013.

ARTHUR HENRY BRUHN SR., 91, of Winter Park, Fla., widower of Louise Madge Bruhn, died April 2 in Winter Park. He retired from the U.S. Air Force and was a retired aero-space engineer.
