Five jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Five people were jailed on felony charges since Wednesday, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Bryan Eric Walters, 40, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with a felony warrant for failure to appear. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Mary Elizabeth Bias, 23, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony home confinement violation. Bond was denied.

Charles Gibson Ryland, 66, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.

Jomanda Beth McDavid, 30, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.

William Leo Bragg, 33, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a unspecified felony bench warrant, along with misdemeanor receiving/transferring stolen property and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was denied pending an appearance on the bench warrant.
