Five jailed following Putnam County meth bust

BARBOURSVILLE — Five people were jailed early Wednesday morning on meth charges out of Putnam County, according to booking records at Western Regional Jail.

Jared Chase Hall, 22; John Matthew Wick, 39; Chad Ryan Show, 24; Jeffrey Scott Childress, 24; Travis Robertson Noble, 23, were all arrested on felony meth charges.

The charges they face include operating a drug lab, a felony; alter meth, a felony; conspiracy and first possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana, both misdemeanors; and possession of meth precursor,  a felony.

They remained in the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville Wednesday awaiting arraignment in Putnam Couty Magistrate Court.

Also arrested early Wednesday on an unrelated felony charge out of Cabell County was Amber Marie Bowen, 21. She was charged with accessory before and after the fact, a felony. She was awaiting arraignment Wednesday in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
