Four jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were jailed on felony charges since Thursday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Christopher Storm Dunn, 20, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $10,000.
Frances Marie Dement, 32, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with a felony bench warrant. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Richard Kevin Maynard, 49, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Mason County charged him with felony wanton endangerment. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Johnnie Scott Hall, 42, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Mason County charged him with felony grand larceny and a warrant for failure to appear in court. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
