CARROLLTON, Ky. (AP) — Two children remain hospitalized with injuries suffered in a school bus crash in Carroll County, Ky., this week.

The Courier-Journal reports a 3-year-old boy was released Friday from a Louisville hospital where he was taken after the wreck Monday afternoon.

A 4-year-old girl who is still hospitalized there is in good condition and may be able to leave Saturday or Sunday. A University of Kentucky Hospital spokeswoman says a 3-year-old girl hospitalized there is in fair condition.

Two children were killed in the wreck when a Head Start program bus ran off the road, flipped on its side and hit a tree. Caroline Tuttle’s funeral was held Friday, and Ryder Deitz’s funeral will be Saturday.

Nine children and two adults were on the bus.
