Four jailed on felony charges

Fourteen people were booked overnight at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, four of them on felony charges.

Alonza Shinea Washington, 21, was brought in by the Huntington Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct, malicious wounding and battery.

Justin Armarshaheed  Wilson, 22, also was arrested by the HPD and was charged with obstructing, malicious wounding of a police officer and battery of an officer times two.

HPD also brought in Joseph Michael McDonald, 20, on a charge of malicious assault and Kendall Lamar Spears, 33, who was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

All were awaiting arraignment Sunday afternoon in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
