Three jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were jailed on felony charges since Tuesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Manuel Garcia, 31, was incarcerated at 2:20 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.

Clarence Lee Black, 30, was incarcerated Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a felony bench warrant. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Derek Brandon Martin, 33, was incarcerated Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony conspiracy and two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $100,000.
