Seven jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Seven people were jailed on felony charges since since Wednesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Timothy Lee Watts, 26, was incarcerated at 3:25 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with two counts felony fraudulent use of an ATM card, along with a single count of misdemeanor shoplifting. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Jeffery Blake Williams, 26, was incarcerated at 3:15 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Cassandra Nicole Ross, 31, was incarcerated at 2:10 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony child neglect and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

David Frederick Greene, 22, was incarcerated at 12:50 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.

Mark Brandon Maynard, 32, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony child endangerment, along with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Amanda Robin Golden, 34, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with felony child neglect and two counts misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

James Douglas Frye, 25, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony grand larceny and entering without breaking. Bond was $50,000.
