Two jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Two people were jailed on felony charges since Monday afternoon, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Misty Ann Parsons, 38, was incarcerated at 6:50 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Mason County charged her with being a fugitive from justice.
Anthony Lee Phillips, 51, was incarcerated at 4:30 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony first-degree robbery, delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was $50,000.
