Two incarcerated overnight at WRJ

BARBOURSVILLE — The following people were incarcerated at Western Regional Jail since Friday evening:
Kia Rhae Maxey, 32, was incarcerated at 12:50 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Putnam County charged her with obstructing, driving on a suspended license and trespassing. Authorities also discovered she had a felony embezzlement warrant out of Cabell County. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Melvin Courts, 20, was incarcerated at 6:20 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with three counts of possession with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
