Heritage Farm to host monthly Way Back Weekend with Fall Harvest Festival
HUNTINGTON — Travel back in time this weekend to Heritage Farm Museum and Village's monthly Way Back Weekend.
This month's event will be the annual Fall Harvest Festival set for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5. The national award-winning museum is located at 3300 Harvey Road.
Admission to the Farm is $8 adults (ages 13 to 64), $7 for seniors (ages 65 and up) and $6 for children (ages 3-12). The Fall Harvest Festival will feature the season's bounty from many of local farmers and the Cabell Wayne Beekeepers Association.
In addition, the event will also feature the facility's many specialty museums and the popular children's petting zoo. The final two Way Back Weekends of the year will be Hot Glass and Pottery on Nov. 2 and the annual holiday market featuring products from local artisans on Dec. 7.
