Boyd County grand jury returns indictments
CATLETTSBURG, Ky. — A Boyd County grand jury returned seven indictments Friday on charges ranging from burglary to criminal abuse to possession of cocaine, according to the office of Commonwealth's Attorney David Justice.
Keith A. Dotson, 28, of Catlettsburg, Ky., was charged with two counts of burglary.
Dennis R. Ribsby Jr., 29, of Catlettsburg, Ky., was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and being a persistent felony offender.
Sharon K. Allen, 51, of Greenup, Ky., was charged with burglary.
Jamond M. Buford, 26, of Ashland, was charged with assault, domestic violence and wanton endangerment.
Alexandria V. Burler, 26, of Ashland, was charged with possession of cocaine.
Joseph McQuaid, 23, of Catlettsburg, Ky., was charged with criminal abuse.
Michael Stewart, 24, of Ashland, was charged with criminal abuse.
An indictment is a formal charge made against a person by a grand jury. It does not establish guilt or innocence.
