11 jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Eleven people were jailed on felony charges since Thursday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

 

Robert Nyle Pemberton, 26, was incarcerated at 5:25 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony robbery, along with misdemeanor fleeing on foot and obstruction. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

 

Bobby Ray Brooks, 20, was incarcerated at 5:25 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony robbery, along with misdemeanor fleeing on foot and obstruction. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

 

Brian C. Hysell, 35, was incarcerated at 12:45 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony first-degree sexual abuse. Bond was $30,000.

 

Kirsten Lashae Hall, 25, was incarcerated at 10:30 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with being a fugitive from justice and misdemeanor obstruction. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

 

Tiera Dawn Ramey, 24, was incarcerated at 10:30 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor obstruction, no insurance, no operators and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was $30,200.

 

Delmond Rahsahd Dennis, 32, was incarcerated at 9:45 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was $15,000.

 

Jeremy Bruce Bailey, 32, was incarcerated at 7:55 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

 

Amanda Lee Debrage, 25, was incarcerated at 7:55 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

 

Roy Dale McKean, 37, was incarcerated at 7:15 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony operation of a clandestine drug lab, conspiracy and an unspecified felony warrant. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

 

Mary Nicole Adkins, 34, was incarcerated at 7:15 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony operation of a clandestine drug lab, conspiracy and an unspecified felony warrant. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
