Six facing meth charges in Putnam County
HUNTINGTON — Six people were arrested by the West Virginia State Police on Saturday in Putnam County, all facing charges related to meth.
The six, who are being held at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, are: Lucas Kersey, 22; Craig O'Dell Owens, 41; Jacob Ryan Lewis, 22; Neil Bauman, 23; Fred Norman Lockard, 42; and Misty Mathes, 39.
All are facing felony charges for conspiracy and operating or attempting to operate a clandestine lab and a misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance. Lewis also is facing three felony counts of possession with intent to delivery a controlled substance.
They were all incarcerated at 8:10 p.m. Saturday and were being held without bond, pending an arraignment.
Details of the arrests were not immediately available.
