OU's Proctorville campus hosting screening of documentary

PROCTORVILLE, Ohio -- A free screening of the documentary "Ethel: The Personal, Untold Story of Ethel Kennedy" will be offered at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, in the commons area at Ohio University's Proctorville Center, 111 Private Drive 8266.

The film was featured this year at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, and aired this fall on HBO. Through a partnership with HBO Documentaries and Moxie Firecracker Films, Rock the Vote has given the Ohio University Proctorville Center an opportunity to share the film.

It was produced by Ethel and Robert Kennedy's youngest child, Rory Kennedy, and highlights the long, politically active life of Ethel Kennedy, and the years following Robert's death when she raised their 11 children.

The event is free and open to the public.
