Delivery man robbed at gunpoint
HUNTINGTON -- A 25-year-old delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint early Friday morning, according to a Huntington Police Department incident report.
The incident occurred about 3:50 a.m. in the 1300 block of Neal Street near Huntington Avenue.
The victim works for Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches. The report states he was making a sandwich delivery in the area when a unknown gunman approached demanding the driver's money and coat.
The driver complied with the gunman's demands and fled on foot. He got away with $180 cash.
No injuries were reported.
