WASHINGTON — The national surveillance program, congressional feuding over the budget and cuts to the military are among the expected topics to be covered on the Sunday morning television news shows.

Here are the guest lineups for the programs:

ABC’s “This Week” — Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; Reps. Peter King, R-N.Y., and C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger, D-Md.

NBC’s “Meet the Press” — Sens. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga.; former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

CBS’ “Face the Nation” — Reps. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., and Michael McCaul, R-Texas; and Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.

CNN’s “State of the Union” — Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.; Rep. Steve Israel, D-N.Y.
