Catlettsburg's Phelps earns state nomination
CATLETTSBURG, Ky. -- Lisa J. Phelps of Catlettsburg has been appointed to the Sex offenders Risk Assessment Advisory Board by Gov. Steve Beshear, according to a news release.
Phelps, a mental health administrator at Pathways Inc., represents professionals working in an agency which provides services to adult or child victims of sex offenses, according to the release.
