Arrest made in South Webster burglary
PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- An arrest has been made in connection with the burglary of a home in South Webster, Ohio, according to Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini.
A Scioto County woman reported the burglary on April 19. She said a woman came to her home asking for work. The homeowner reported her purse containing money was stolen.
Misty Ruggles, 27, formerly of Germany Hollow Road, Wheelersburg, was arrested last week. She was being held at the Scioto County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
