Kentucky man faces heroin charge
OLIVE HILL, Ky. -- A Carter County man has been arrested by detectives with the FIVCO Area Drug Enforcement Task Force working with the U.S. Postal Service.
Timothy Buddy Lawhorn, no age listed, of Olive Hill, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) and transported to the Carter County Jail, according to a news release.
He was arrested after a controlled delivery was made of a package containing 28.5 grams of substance believed to be heroin, according to the release.
