Two arrested in Scioto for felonious assault
WHEELERSBURG, Ohio -- Sheriff's deputies arrested two people Wednesday on charges of felonious assault and breaking and entering, according to Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini.
Jonathan Harr, 21, of Center Street, and Kristian Noel, 23, of Boren Boulevard, both of Wheelersburg, are being held on $22,500 bond.
The sheriff's office received a report Wednesday of a breaking and entering on Poplar Fork Road in Franklin Furnace. A photo of the suspects and their vehicles was sent to detectives who were looking for them from a hit-and-run earlier this month, according to the release. The two were arrested following a traffic stop in Wheelersburg, according to the release.
The sheriff's office received a call April 16 and a found a man who told authorities that he had been hit intentionally by a vehicle on Boren Boulevard. The victim was treated at Southern Ohio Medical Center and released.
