Deputies arrest two Ky. men on burglary charges
CATLETTSBURG, Ky. -- Boyd County sheriff's deputies arrested two men Tuesday on a charge of burglary, according to a news release.
Jeffery B. Shannon, 22, of Oak Street, and Kyle R. Cornett, 20, of West Vine Street, Ashland, were charged with second-degree burglary and lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center.
The two were stopped by a deputy at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday along Alley Branch in the Catlettsburg area. Deputies recovered jewelry, knifes, cellphones and a Nintendo game system, according to the release.
