Boyd County circuit judge sentences five people to jail
CATLETTSBURG, Ky. -- Five people were sentenced to prison Friday by Boyd Circuit Judge C. David Hagerman, according to the office of Commonwealth's Attorney David Justice.
Jeffrey Armstrong, 28, Ashland, was sentenced to seven years in prison for theft, according to a press release.
Roger Moore, 51, of Ashland, was sentenced to seven years in prison for drug trafficking.
Sonja N. Thompson, 29, of Ashland, was sentenced to five years in prison in a drug case.
Deann Hay, 50, of Ashland, was sentenced to two years in prison for drug trafficking.
Cinthia Kosobud, 30, of Ashland, was sentenced to two years in prison for drug trafficking.
