COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Two graduates of the 153rd Ohio Highway Patrol academy have been assigned to the Ironton post of the patrol, according to a news release.
David M. Bayless of Gallipolis and Leone C. McGee of Blacklick have been assigned to the post off U.S. 52 in the South Point area. They completed a 22-week academy class on Friday.

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (AP) — Republican Mitt Romney went back to school on Saturday to rally college students and supporters at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth.
