SOUTH POINT, Ohio -- The driver of a FedEx truck was transported to St. Mary's Medical center in Ironton on Wednesday afternoon after being struck by a N&W train at Randall Street in the Sheridan area, said Lawrence County Sheriff Jeff Lawless.
The driver sustained minor injuries, Lawless said.
The accident was reported about 1 p.m. Wednesday.
